McClintock Mindset, LLC
Stop. Think. Rebuild.
My name is Nathan McClintock and after completing a master’s in biochemistry and molecular biology and finishing a year of medical school, I felt like I was doing everything right. I had followed the path that was supposed to lead to success. But deep down, I still felt empty. Hopeless. Like I was drifting through life without any real purpose. I was burned out, emotionally scrambled, and convinced I was just going to be unhappy forever. I genuinely believed I was fucked, doomed to always feeling unhappy. Like my only purpose was to live my life the way other people wanted me to.
I created McClintock Mindset because I needed it. Not another life coach. Not some soft-spoken guru. Not cliche bullshit motivational reels. Just a space to say the things I wish I had heard when I was stuck in my own head. Writing these blogs became a form of therapy. A way to untangle the chaos and make sense of everything I had gone through. And maybe, just maybe, my hindsight could help someone else who’s in the same place I was.
I would never claim to have all the answers, but I know I am not the only one dealing with these issues. The pressure, the self-sabotage, the numbness, the identity crisis...none of it is unique. A lot of people are living like that and pretending it’s normal.
This site was made for the ones who felt stuck in their own routines. The ones addicted to being who they have always been, even when it has not worked. The ones carrying the weight of outside expectations, trying to be someone they’re not. If that’s you, you’re not alone. And you’re not broken. You’re just overdue for a reset.
